Order Processing & Lead Times

Many Fortis Equipment products are made to order to ensure exceptional quality and durability.

  • Standard lead time: 4–6 weeks
  • This includes production and preparation for shipment
  • Lead times may extend during peak seasons or for high‑volume orders

You will receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed. Production begins shortly after, and updates will be provided as your item progresses.


Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping (Canada & USA)

Fortis Equipment uses trusted carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Our standard shipping partners include:

  • Canada Post
  • UPS

Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Delivery times vary based on destination and carrier.

Freight Shipping

For oversized, heavy, or bulk items, we ship via:

  • Purolator Freight

Freight shipments may require scheduling a delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you directly if needed.

Shipping Notes

  • Fortis Equipment is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
  • Additional fees may apply for remote locations or special delivery requirements.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are custom-made, all sales are considered final. We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is defective
  • The item received does not match the order placed

To request a return or exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Approved returns must be unused and in original packaging.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production has typically begun, and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.


Warranty

Fortis Equipment products include a 1‑year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
