Floor Press Bench Pad

This piece of equipment represents a simple idea to allow variation in range and comfort on a classic exercise – the floor press. Any lifter can adjust the range of the barbell as far or close to their chest as they wish, simply by raising or lowering this pad off the floor. The dimensions are the same as a power-lifting competition bench press. This comfortable pad will allow you to concentrate on pressing only. The rubber backing allows for a completely firm grip on the floor. This bench pad is also great for any floor work including triceps and abdominal exercises.
