This attachment was inspired by the Strongman’s event and has been used successfully to make our lifters more competitive. Interestingly, it provides a highly effective variation to the classic dead-lift or any vertical pull off of the floor. The axis and fulcrum inherent in this piece of equipment creates an arcing pattern. Facing into or away from our Car-Jack Dead-Lift attachment allows you to emphasize either the quadriceps or the posterior chain muscles. These new and different adaptations allow for exceptional increases in strength and muscle.
